First Vegetables for Baby

Preparation and storage  of baby food

 1.Wash,peel,chop and steam.
2.Puree with some of the steaming liquid then feed.

 If you want to store it,
1.Pour into ice-cube trays
2.Freeze overnight
3.Put into labelled freezer bags
4.Reheat
5.Feed
